Hello !

Energy has always been part of my life. Having grown up in China, I was introduced from an early age to energy-based practices , and my family practices acupuncture, so the idea of vital energy was naturally present around me. Yet, I first chose a more traditional path. After graduating from an engineering school, I worked for several years in logistics and operations.
On the surface, nothing seemed to predestine me to follow the path of Reiki.

In 2017, I moved to Vietnam to continue my career. There, I found myself in an environment where Eastern medicine and holistic approaches are simply part of everyday life. Gradually, I began to feel an inner calling, a desire to move toward something more human, rooted in listening, support, and well-being.

My encounter with Reiki came a few years later, during a challenging time in my professional life. A friend invited me to take her place in a Reiki session, an experience that turned out to be a true revelation. I left the session feeling deeply calm, centered, and full of renewed confidence. From that moment, I started reading, exploring, and eventually training in Reiki, first for myself, then for those around me.

As my practice deepened, I discovered a profound sense of peace and alignment, I finally felt in the right place. That’s when I made the decision to leave the world of logistics and dedicate myself fully to the practice of Reiki.

Today, my mission is to guide you toward realignment with yourself,  to help you find balance, clarity, and harmony, and move forward toward the best version of who you are.

I offer Reiki sessions in person at your home in Ho Chi Minh City, and distance sessions wherever you are in the world.
