What is Reiki?
Reiki is a natural method of harmonizing the body and mind, originating in Japan at the beginning of the 20th century. Its name comes from the words Rei (universal energy) and Ki (vital energy).

Through a gentle touch or simply by placing the hands slightly above the body, the practitioner channels this vital energy to stimulate the body’s natural self-healing abilities and promote a deep state of relaxation.

Reiki works on multiple levels: it helps release physical tension, calm the mind, and rebalance emotions. This energetic realignment supports overall well-being by enhancing natural body functions such as cell regeneration, proper nervous system activity, and hormonal balance.

In practical terms, Reiki helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep quality, bring mental clarity, increase self-confidence, soothe skin issues, and relieve physical pain.

It is a gentle, non-intrusive practice that is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or condition.
Reiki can be received fully clothed, lying down or seated, and is just as effective in person or at a distance.
