How a Corporate Reiki session works
​
Reiki sessions are held in a quiet room provided by the company.
​
Each employee receives a one-hour individual session, including:

45 minutes of energy work, during which the person lies down and is simply invited to relax;
-
15 minutes of sharing, to discuss sensations and identify ways to maintain balance and progress.
​
I can provide up to five individual sessions per day, depending on the company’s needs and rhythm.
The rate is determined together based on the duration, frequency, and number of participants.
